Can I pay in installments?
Absolutely! We offer both Afterpay and Zip so you can purchase now and pay later!
What is a preorder or backorder, and when will my order be shipped?
You will be notified on the product listing whether an item is on pre-order or backorder. Pre-orders are when we get new products in and this will notify you that a product is due to arrive in an estimated timeframe (usually listed on the product page) and you can pre-purchase to get the item sent out as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. A backorder is when an item is out of stock but you can still order the product to be dispatched when stock arrives.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Australia and NZ only.
Where do you ship your products from?
The majority of product is held and distributed from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. However because of the nature of the items we sell, some of our products get shipped directly from the manufacturing warehouse in China which allows us to offer you free shipping.
Where is my tracking number
In most cases you will be sent a tracking number once your order is processed through our warehouse. If not, you can request one by contacting our customer support team.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of the delivery of the item) with the nature of the damage and supply photo evidence.
What if my item is faulty?
All products come with a 1 year repair or replacement warranty.
