Shipping policy

We ship 90% of our orders from our Australian warehouse. When an item is out of stock in our warehouse, we send directly from the manufacturer in China. If this occurs, you may receive a tracking number that states the parcel is in transit from China.

Delivery Within Australia

Delivery Delays Notice: We are dispatching at our normal pace, dispatch is usually the next business day (super fast!) however courier and postal companies are experiencing some delays, please kindly allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered.

Public Holiday Notice: As we will be closed on public holidays, orders placed using same day shipping will be prioritised to the next business day and all other orders will have a slightly longer dispatch time to account for the warehouse closure. 

Standard Shipping Cut-Off Time: For standard domestic deliveries, orders need to be received by 2pm.

We will do our very best to see you get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

All consignments are tracked. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you can’t find it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Delivery To New Zealand

New Zealanders, kia ora! 

Woohooo we ship to New Zealand via Australia Post in conjunction with our NZ Post partners. Our flexible rates are calculated based on total order’s weight:

$9.95 Standard Shipping, FREE for order over $50

$14.95 Express Shipping, $6.95 for order over $89

You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any other costs imposed upon you for receiving a delivery from us into the country.

Delivery Failures

If a delivery is returned to us because of one of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect address provided by you
  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
  • You were unavailable to sign for the delivery
  • You refused the delivery
  • The courier could not access the property 
  • You provided Authority to Leave, but the delivery driver found no safe location to leave the parcel
A re-delivery fee will be calculated based on your delivery address (even if you received free shipping on the first delivery) and will be required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event that a delivery fails as described above, and you request a refund instead of redelivery, the refund will be less the original shipping cost already paid by Glamcor Lights to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
